My registration and/or participation in the SCK regatta is based on the invitation to tender, of which I am fully aware, and which I agree to accept as part of the contract, together with the disclaimers and sporting rules contained therein. The risk of serious damage, such as to material, person, life and limb, I bear myself. I participate in the regatta on my own responsibility and entirely at my own risk. It is exclusively and solely my decision and consequently my risk, in which activities I take part on land and on water, whether I run out, start or stop a race, and at what point I, my crew and my boat/material/clothing are no longer able to cope with the requirements and dangers, especially the natural hazards. I will set the necessary safety measures in time. I agree that my personal data may be stored and used in the context of the organizational execution of the event. With my signature I assure that the data in my entry are correct, that I accept all sport rules (including the rules of good, sportive seamanship) and liability exclusions and that I participate in the regatta according to the announcement. I have a valid regatta liability insurance for the boat I am sailing and its crew, in accordance with the Notice of Race.
